重症肌无力患者胸腺CT表现与年龄的关系

The thymus CT manifestation in myasthenia gravis patients relative to ages

目的:探讨重症肌无力(MG)患者胸腺CT表现在各年龄组的分布特点。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月～2008年7月住院诊治的241例MG患者的胸部CT影像资料及病理结果。按患者发病年龄分为4组,统计胸腺各种改变在不同年龄组中分布情况。结果:胸腺正常者118例(48.96%);胸腺增生者34例(14.10%);胸腺瘤89例(36.9%)。胸腺正常、胸腺增生以及胸腺瘤在四个组中的比例分别为71.05%、48.68%、35.41%、64.51%;23.68%、17.10%、12.50%、0%;5.27%、34.22%、52.09%、35.49%(χ2值为32.8,P<0.005)。胸腺正常主要出现在小于20岁年龄组(71.05%)及大于60岁年龄组(64.51%),胸腺增生主要发生20岁以下年龄组(23.68%),并且随着年龄增长,比例逐渐降低;胸腺瘤主要出现在40～59岁年龄组(52.08%)。结论:MG患者的胸腺病变在不同的年龄组中,发病率有所不同。

Objective：To discuss the CT manifestation of the thymus and the relation to the age in myasthenia gravis patients. Methods： The CT and pathological data from 241 cases of myasthenia gravis patients, who were ：inpatient between Jannury 2005 and July 2008, were studied retrospectively. We divided the patients into 4 groups and analyzed the statistics of the 4 groups. Results： Normal thymus was in 118 cases, accounting for 48.96 % ; thymic hyperplasia in 34 cases （ 14.10 % ） ; thymoma in 89 cases （36.9 % ）. The percentage of normal thymus, thymic hyperplasia and thymoma in the 4 groups were 71.05 %, 48.68 %, 35.41%, 64.51% ;23.68 %, 17.10%, 12.50%, 0% ;5.27%, 34.22%, 52.09%, 35.49%. The high-percentage of normal thymus was in less than 20 years-old group and over than 60-years old group, which was 71.05% and 64.51%, The high-percentage of thymic hyperplasia was in less than 20 years-old group, which was 23.68%, The high-percentage of thymoma was in between 40 years-old and 59 years-old group, which was 52.08%. Conclusion：The thymus of MG patients has different incidence of the disease in different age groups.
