淋巴瘤累及乙状结肠系膜的螺旋CT特征探讨

摘要 目的:探讨非何杰金氏淋巴瘤累及乙状结肠系膜的多层螺旋CT表现特征。方法:回顾性分析24例CT和临床资料完整的非何杰金氏淋巴瘤累及乙状结肠系膜的病例,均经病理证实。着重观察乙状结肠系膜病变的CT表现特征。结果:①乙状结肠系膜受累主要表现为乙状结肠系膜的淋巴结增大;②系膜体部淋巴结增大13例,增大淋巴结均为均匀强化。系膜根部淋巴结增大24例,其中增大淋巴结均匀强化者23例(95.8%),合并增大淋巴结坏死者1例(4.2%);③系膜体部"三明治征"1例,系膜根部"三明治征"6例。结论:多层螺旋CT可全面显示非何杰金氏淋巴瘤累及乙状结肠系膜的解剖细节及淋巴结的病理改变。 Objective:To study the multiple slice computed tomography(MSCr) findings of non-hodgldn' s lymphoma involvement of sigmoid mesocolon(SM). Methods:24 cases with non-hodgldn's lymphoma(HNL) involvement of the SM were reviewed retrospectively, all eases were proved by pathology. Emphasis was placed on CT features of the SM. Results: The main CT findings of 24 eases were revealed as follows: ① CT manifestations of NHL affected mainly the lymph nodes in the body and root of the SM. Margin of the SM was in- volved in 1 patients. 9 cases showed increase in density of SM. In the body of SM, homogenerous enhanced lymph nodes were 13 cases. In the root of SM, homogenerous enhanced lymph nodes were 23 cases (95.8%), and homogenerous mixed with peripheral enhanced lymph nodes were showed in 1 case (4.2%). The manifestation of sandwich sign in the body and root of the SM was 1 case and 6 eases respectively. Conclusion: MSCT can demonstrate the anatomic and pathologic details of the NHL involvement of SM.
