摘要
教师的关注研究不仅在过去引领了教师的发展研究,而且在今天也已形成了两种研究传统。教师关注点的变化可以从一个侧面揭示教师发展的规律,进而为教师教育的科学开展提供理论依据。其中,实习教师在其关注点的变化方面所呈现的规律,不仅为一些研究学者所关注,同时形成了几种有代表性的理论,并成为多国设计、安排教育实习活动的重要理论基础。
The research on teachers' concerns based teacher development study in the past,and at present has formed two kinds of researching traditions. The change of focuses of teachers' concerns can illustrate the rule of teacher development on one side,which can provide the theoretical basis for teacher education. The development of intern teachers' concem has aroused the interest of many scholars,and has formed.come representative ideas in theory. At the same time,the study on intern teachers' concerns has provided the important theoretical basis for designing and arranging teachers' practicum in some countries such as the Netherlands in practice.
