微卫星不稳定性检测在大肠癌研究中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 大肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,发病机制尚不清楚,近年来将微卫星不稳定性检测用于大肠癌的研究,取得一些进展,本文针对微卫星不稳定性检测在大肠癌研究中的应用作一综述,并展望其应用前景。
