白细胞介素8—251位点单核苷酸多态与胃癌及癌前疾病的关系
摘要
白细胞介素-8（IL-8）是趋化因子超家族中的一员，属于CXC趋化因子家族，在多种因素（脂多糖、IL-1等）刺激下，多种细胞均可产生IL-8，如单核细胞、内皮细胞和肿瘤细胞等。
