摘要
将连续逆流浸取的原理和超声波提取技术相结合,利用螺旋连续逆流送料,并在送料的同时对物料进行多频超声波高频振荡,实现对物料有效成分的高效提取。试验表明:研制的设备在对红茶进行浸取试验中,具有浸取效率高、浸取时间短的特点,特别适用于对植物资源中有效成分的快速浸取。
The continuous countercurrent spiral extracting apparatus was studied by combining the principle of the continuous countercurrent extraction and technology of the ultrasonic extraction. And used spiral continuously feed-in with applying high frequent ultrasonic to material to be processed to achieve high efficient extracting to vegetable ingredient. Experiment result showed that the efficiency of the extraction apparatus is high and the work time is skort in black extracting tea experiment, and it can be applied in vegetable ingredient.
