摘要
探讨天然色素胭脂树橙中甲醇,乙醇,二氯甲烷等8种溶剂残留的分析方法,采用顶空进样,DB-624毛细管柱分离,FID检测,内标法定量。结果表明,所考察的组分浓度在3个数量级范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.999;平均回收率在95.1%~107.1%之间,相对标准偏差RSD在0.6%-3.8%之间,最低检测浓度在0.01—0.1μg/mL之间。该方法简便、快捷,具有较好的精密度和重复性,适用于天然色素胭脂树橙中溶剂残留的分析。
The assay method is presented for eight types of solvent residual (i. e. , methanol, ethanol, methylene dichloride etc) in natural pigment Annatto. The method was established by headspace gas chromatography coupled with FID detector. The area-internal standard qualitative analysis method is based on headspace sampler and DB-624 capillary column. Linear relations between component concentrations within the ranges of three orders of magnitude and peak areas were obtained with the relative coefficients those were greater than 0. 999. The average recoveries were in the range from 95.1% - 107.1%. The relative standard deviations(RSDs) were in the range from 0.6% - 3.8%. The minimum detectable concentrations of the method were in the range from 0.01 -0. 1 μg/mL. The analysis method was found to be simple, rapid, precise and accurate. It was suitable for the analysis of solvent residual in natural pigment Annatto.
