摘要
以环境低温和高能量饲料诱发肉鸡腹水综合征,活体诊断腹水综合征患鸡,对腹水发生前后的红细胞压积(PCV)和全血比粘度(BRV)做动态测定。结果表明腹水综合征患鸡腹水形成前后PCV和BRV的四次测定值逐渐升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);而未发生腹水症的试验鸡其PCV和BRV的四次测定值无明显变化(P>0.05)。此试验说明血液粘度升高不仅在腹水综合征形成过程中起重要作用,而且在腹水综合征形成后的进一步发展中也可能起一定作用。
おscites syndrome,induced with highenergy feed and low temperature,was diagnosed by biopsy at day 28 to 38The blood ratio viscosity (BRV)values were dynamically measured from day 14 to 45The results showed that the BRV values in ascitic chickens were significantly gradually raised before and after the onset of ascites,but the BRV values in healthy chickens under the same conditions were not significantly changed during the same periodThis experiment indicated that blood hyperviscosity play an important role not only in the formation of ascites but also in the further development of the formed ascites in broiler chickens
