乳高差对文胸钢圈造型的影响

Influence of the breast height differences on the molding of the bra steel ring

介绍了女性文胸的结构参数与结构设计方法,包括原型法和扒样法,对100位广东地区18～25岁青年女性的体型数据进行测量与计算,通过对数据的分析表明:前纵乳高差、后纵乳高差和前后乳高差不相等,因此乳房前中边缘点、下胸围边缘点和后侧边缘点不在一个平面内,而一般的文胸钢圈将此3个边缘点置于一个平面内,导致文胸穿着时出现各种问题。阐述了对文胸钢圈造型修正的方法。

This paper introduces the structural parameters and structure design methods of the female bras including prototype design and imitation. The somatotype data of 100 females aged from 18 to 25 in Guang Dong area are measured and calculated and it is shown that the front vertical breast height difference,back vertical breast height difference and the front and back breast height difference are not equal to each other,so the front and middle brim point,the lower chest circumference brim point and back side brim point are not in the same plane. On the contrary,the normal bra steel ring takes these three brim points as in the same plane,thus leading to many problems in the bra wearing process. Based on these analysis,this paper puts forward the modifying method of the molding of the bra steel ring .
