摘要
根据对山西某地区2001年～2006年60起煤矿事故的统计分析资料，运用灰色关联分析理论，对导致煤矿事故发生的6种人为失误因素进行动态灰色关联分析，从中得出人员素质、人的生理与心理、管理因素、教育培训程度、机械设备、环境与事故发生的关联度。进一步说明了新时期安全教育培训工作在煤矿安全生产工作中的重要性。
Based on the data of 60 mine disasters from 2001 to 2006 in Shanxi, six typical human faults that caused the disasters are analyzed by grey correlation theory, and the correlation measure between each of the six and disester frequency is obtained.
