摘要
为探索提高大熊猫日粮粗纤维素的消化吸收率以及防治肠梗阻等消化道疾病的有效方法,对福州大熊猫研究中心人工饲养的大熊猫进行了“竹粉+精料”和“竹子+精料”日粮粗纤维素消化率对比分析研究。结果表明:受试大熊猫对“竹粉+精料”和“竹子+精料”粗纤维素消化率差异极显著;对不同种的竹子、竹粉粗纤维素消化率差异不显著;试验组大熊猫对竹粉粗纤维素消化率个体间无显著差异,而对照组则存在极显著差异;机械性粉碎大熊猫常食竹子配合于营养成分平衡的精料中饲喂大熊猫,有利于提高大熊猫对日粮粗纤维素的消化率,在提高饲料报酬的同时,也大大提高了竹子的有效利用率。
The digestion rates of coarse cellulose in bamboo power+concentrates and bamboo + concentrates was comparatively studied at Fuzhou Giant Panda Research Center in attempt to find out effectively ways to raise the digestion and absorption rates of coarse cellulose and to prevent the animal's intestinal obstruction. The results demonstrate that the difference in digestion rates of coarse cellulose between bamboo powder + concentrates and bamboo + concentrates for the Giant Pandas under experiment is very obvious; the digestion rates of coarse celluloses for different varieties of bamboo and bamboo powder are not notably different; in respect to the digestion rates of coarse celluloses in bamboo powder for the Giant Pandas of the experimental group, there exists no notable difference among individuals, while there exists fairly notable difference among individuals in the comparison group; the experiement shows that if Giant Panda is fed with mechanically ground bamboo of which the animal is fond, combined with concentrates of balanced nutritions, the digestion rates of coarse celluloses in the animal's rations can be favorably increased, thus greatly improving the effective utilization of bamboo as well as raising feeding returns.
