The Formation of Boiler Welding Stress and the Way to Reduce and Eliminate

针对锅炉焊接过程中,应力形成的机理及其复杂性进行分析。从设计和工艺两方面提出了减少焊接应力的措施,并对消除焊接残余应力的必要性和方法展开了讨论,对于锅炉焊接实践有一定的指导意义。

This paper first analyses the mechanism and complexity about the formation of the stress in the boiler welding process. Then the paper raises some methods to reduce the stress of welding from two ways of design and technology, and discusses the necessity and method of eliminating welding residual stress, which can give some guidance for the practice of boiler welding.
