科明原种发生五眠蚕对下一代影响的探讨

Discussion on the Effect of pentamolter Occured in Stock Keming on the Next Generation

利用科明自然发生的五眠蚕，组配成杂交种、杂交原种、原种检测其对当代及下一代杂种的影响。结果表明利用五眠蚕所制的当代杂交种产量下降，而利用五眠蚕所制的原种质量保持不变，对其下一代的杂种没有影响。

Using the pentamolter spontaneously occured in stock Keming, hybrid,F, hybrid for crossingand parent eggs were combinated to detect the effect on the heterosis of the next generation. The resultshowed that the heterosis of the hybrid obtained from pentamolter decreased greatly,but the quality of'parentlarva obtained from pentamolter didn't decreased,and the heterosis of its hybrid offspring maintained.
