石化企业安全风险评价方法的研究与应用

Research on method for petrochemical enterprise safety risk evaluation and its application

文中分析了某石化企业安全风险评价方法的优缺点。以其安全风险评估制度为分析对象,针对现有评价方法的风险因素,制定相应的安全措施等级。综合危险源及安全措施两方面对安全风险的贡献,绘制出安全风险矩阵,进一步完善了风险评估方法,并用实例证明了新的评价方法的优越性,对石化企业的风险评估有一定的指导意义。

This paper analyzed advantage and disadvantage of the safety risk evaluation method of a petrochemical enterprise.With its safety risk evaluation system as the analyzing object,the paper established relevant safety measure classes aiming at the risk factors of the existing evaluation method,drew out the risk matrix by comprehensively considering risk source's and safety measure's contribution to the safety risk,further completed the risk evaluation method,and showed with example the advantage of this safety risk evaluation method,and has a guiding significance to petrochemical enterprises for their risk evaluation.
