Application of Excel data processing function in annual checkup of pressure vessels

国家规定特种设备每a必须进行1次检查并出具检查报告。根据年度检查过程繁琐的特点,文中提出了压力容器年度检查工作流程。基于Excel的函数及批处理功能,对压力容器年度检查的整个流程进行了设计,应用结果表明:应用该流程设计大幅提高了数据处理的准确性和工作效率,值得推广和应用。

Our country has stipulated that the special equipment must be checked up annually and the checkup report must be issued accordingly.In view of troublesome characteristic of annual checkup process,this paper brought forward a work flow for annual checkup of pressure vessels.Based on the functions and batch processing function of Excel,the design was made on the whole flow of annual pressure vessel checkup.The result shows,the application of this flow in the design has greatly enhanced the accuracy and work efficiency of data processing,and thus is worth promotion.
