摘要
实验室水相合成了"N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸/丙烯酸甲酯"三元共聚物,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、静态阻垢(SAS)、旋转挂片腐蚀试验(RCC)、电化学极化曲线(EPC)等方法进行了分析测试。结果表明:实验合成样品作为水处理剂单剂投加,其阻碳酸钙垢的SAS结果优于对照样T-225,同时EPC显示其兼具一定的缓蚀性能,主要为阴极型腐蚀抑制机理;样品与锌盐复配使用,RCC结果显示其碳钢腐蚀速率为0.104 mm/a,稳锌率可达20.5%。
The ternary copolymer, N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide (N-MAM)/acrylic acid (AA)/methyl acrylate (MA) has been synthesized in water phase in laboratory. It is analyzed by means of FT-infrared (FF-IR), static antiscale (SAS), and rotary coupon corrosion (RCC) and electrochemical polarization curve (EPC) tests. The results show that the SAS of calcium carbonate result of the synthesized sample as adding water treatment agent monomer is better than the contrast sample, T-225. At the same time, it shows that it also has corrosion inhibition capacity to a certain extent; mainly is cathodic corrosion mechanism. The RCC result of using zincate compound shows that the corrosion rate of carbon steel is 0.104 mm/a, and Zn^2+ stability kept in solution is up to 20.5%.
