谈德国高等职业教育教学改革——考察德国巴符州职业院校的启示

On the Reform of German Higher Vocational Education & Teaching——Revelation after Investigating Vocational Colleges in Baden Wurttemberg of Germany

随教育部新世纪教学研究所项目考察团在德国巴登符腾堡州开展了针对德国职业院校教学质量保障体系调研和学习,分别从德国高等职业学院教育发展理念、专业与课程结构、"双元"教育制度、师资建设、质量监控等方面了解了德国职业教育的质量观,对开展中国特色职业教育教学改革具有一定的借鉴意义。

The author joined the delegation of New Century Teaching Research Institute of Ministry of Education and made a investigation and study on teaching quality assurance system of German vocational colleges. The paper talks about the quality philosophy of German vocational education in terms of the concept of education development of German higher vocational colleges; the structure of specialty and course; education system of Dual system; teachers; quality monitoring and so on. It is valuable in a sense for learning German vocational education experience and making reform of vocational education ＆ teaching in China.
