摘要
高职院校人力资源管理相对滞后,影响和制约了高职教育的改革与发展,人力资源建设已成为促进高职教育发展的重中之重。要树立人才资源是第一资源的理念,建立切实可行的人才引进机制,完善考核方法,量化绩效标准,建立有效的激励机制,营造和谐校园,采用相关的对策。
Human resources management of higher vocational colleges is still relatively backward which influences and restricts their reform and development of education. Therefore, construction of human resources becomes the most important thing to promote the development of higher vocational education. This article discusses effective countermeasures related to the human resources development and management of higher vocational colleges, which could be summarized as establishing the concept that human resources are the primary resources, establishing the practical mechanisms for personnel introduction, improving the assessment methods, quantifying the performance standards, establishing an effective incentive mechanism, creating a harmonious campus, etc.
