大学生的心理压力分析与对策

摘要 心理压力是人的思想、情感等内心活动所承受的负担或压迫感。是由学习、工作、社会、正常生活、人际关系或其他因素引起的情绪变化。要研究大学生的心理压力的表现及产生的根源。要用积极心理学研究人的发展潜力和优秀品质,用积极健康的心理应对人生发生的事情。要采取减轻大学生心理压力的对策,通过多种渠道达到使大学生学会做人和做事的目的。 Psychological stress is the burden or sense of oppression borne by inner activities of a person like its thoughts or feelings. It is the change of emotions caused by learning, working, society, normal life, interpersonal relations or other factors. The behavior under psychological pressure of college students and its origin should be studied. Positive psychological method should be applied into the research on people's development potential and excellent qualities so as to ensure them to use active and healthy mental to deal with the things to take place. Countermeasures should be taken to lighten the pressure of college students so that the target, which makes students be a real person and do something well, can be approached through various ways.
