摘要
选用L-15,添加10%~20%FBS,渗透压用NaCl等调节,pH7.0,在28℃下,原代培养斑节对虾的多种组织,发现淋巴器官,造血器官和血淋巴的组织细胞在较宽范围的培养基渗透压条件下能贴壁生长形成细胞单层.每升培养基添补7.50gNaCl,0.32gKCl,1.02gMgCl26H2O,0.49gMgSO47H2O,2.00gCaCl22H2O和0.30g葡萄糖调节渗透压时。
Many tissues from Penaeus monodon cultured in the modified L 15 with 10%~20% FBS and pH7.0 at 28℃, osmolarity adjusted by some salts. It was found that the lymphoid tissue, the hematopoietic tissue and the haemolyph grew and formed monolayer cell sheets at a wide range of the osmolarity. These tissues and cells grew best when per litre L 15 with FBS was supplemented with 7.50 g NaCl,0.32 g KCl, 1.02 g MgCl 2·6H 2O,0.49 g MgSO 4·7H 2O, 2.00 g CaCl 2·2H 2O and 0.30 g glucose.
