Status and Countermeasures on Development of Higher Vocational Education in Our Country

我国高技能人才的总量、结构不能适应经济发展的需要,迅速发展的高职教育存在着与社会需求不相适应的方面。高职教育要切实保障社会发展对人才的需求,提高培养人才的技能水平。

The total amount and structure of talents with high skill in our country cannot meet the demands of economical development. The rapid- developing higher vocational education still exist aspects which are not appropriate to the social need. Higher vocational education should guarantee the need of social development to the talents indeed by improving students′ skill level.
