妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘MMP-2及TIMP-2的表达及意义

The Expression and Significance of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-2 in Placenta in Patients with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(Matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)、特异性组织抑制剂-2(tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2,TIMP-2)的水平变化。方法:运用免疫组化法检测43例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(实验组)(妊娠期高血压13例、子痫前期30例)、15例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)胎盘组织中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达。结果:MMP-2、TIMP-2在胎盘中的表达位于绒毛的合体滋养细胞。MMP-2在实验组的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。TIMP-2的表达在实验组和对照组的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。MMP-2/TIMP-2在实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2比值的异常可能通过影响滋养细胞的浸润功能而影响胎盘血管床的发育,参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病。

Objective ： To evaluate the changes of the levels of MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 in placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and normal pregnancy. Methods：43 hypertensive pregnant women （the study group）, encluding 13 patients with gestational hypertension and 30 patients with preeclampsia, and 15 normal pregnant women （the control group） were enrolled. Results ： MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 were expressed in syncytiotrophocyte. The expression of MMP - 2 in the study group was markedly lower than that in the control group. There was no evidently difference about the expression of TIMP - 2 between the study and control group.The proportion of MMP- 2 and TIMP- 2 in the study group is significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion ： The abnormal expression of MMP - 2 and MMP - 2/TIMP - 2 in placental tissue in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy may influnced the development of the blood vessel of placenta by influnced the corrasion of trophocyte,which may participate in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
