摘要
过滤器是保障液压系统正常运行的重要辅助元件,为了保证液压系统可靠工作,延长液压元件的使用寿命,设计了两种新型过滤器:粗精组合双重过滤器和两(多)级过滤器,前者可以将粗过滤和精过滤在同一过滤器中完成,简化液压系统;后者通过加大过滤面积,在第一级过滤器失效时,启动第二级过滤,延长过滤器的使用寿命,另外可以利用在线式污染度传感器实现液压系统的主动维护.
Filter is an important hydraulic auxiliary component in normal operation of hydraulic system. In order to ensure reliable operation of the system and extend hydraulic component usage life, two new filters are introduced. They are double filter which combined with accurate and rough filters, and two (multi) - level filter. The former can accomplish filtrate roughly and accurately in one filter, which simplify hydraulic system. The latter can increase filtration area when the first level of two (multi) - level filter fails, which the second level is started so as to extend usage life. The active maintenance of hydraulic system can be realized by using online contamination sensor.
