摘要
对淀粉复鞣剂制备过程中的降解淀粉与丙烯酸接枝聚合反应进行了研究,讨论了各反应因素对接枝率的影响。得出最佳反应条件是:丙烯酸单体、引发剂的质量浓度分别是20%和0.9%;反应温度为50℃,反应时间3 h。
The graft copolymerization of degraded starch and acrylic acid was studied in preparing starch retanning agent, and the effect of each factor on reaction was discussed. The optimum conditions are as follows: the mass concentration of acrylic acid monomer and initiator is 20% and 0.9% respectively; the reaction temperature is 50℃ and the reaction time is 3 hours.
