皮革涂饰用水性颜料浆的性能测评初探

Preliminary Study on Property Test of Aqueous Pigment Paste for Leather Finishing

皮革涂饰用水性颜料浆是未来皮革业发展的重要着色剂。对系列优秀的水性颜料浆的指标作了初步探讨,指标确定为：细度小于5μm、黏度小于100KU、颜料浆的色强度控制在（100±5）%、色差（△E）控制在0.8以内、pH值控制在4.5~7、干结性能在2级、产生的泡沫低、贮存稳定性优良和混容性佳,并对评估方法作了系列介绍,为水性皮革涂饰剂及颜料浆生产商评判颜料浆好坏提供了参考依据。

The water based pigment pastes for leather finishing are the important kind s of colorant for the development of leather industry in the future. Some technical data of the serial excellent water based pigment pastes have been studied primarily and confirmed in this paper. Namely the particle size is less than 5 microns, the viscosity is less than 100KU, the color intensity is controlled at （100±5）%, color intensity of pigment paste is controlled at （100±5） %, chromatic aberration（ △E ）is 〈0.8, pH value is at 4.5 to 7, drying property is grade 2, no foam, excellent storage stability and good compatibility. The testing methods have also been described. They may be used as the references for evaluating the pigment pastes properties to the manufacturers.
