摘要
本文采用阴离子交换树脂柱对鱼肉中ATP系列化合物进行吸附和分离,然后分别测定不同洗脱液的吸光度来计算K值,从而建立了鱼类鲜度K值的简易测定法.该法简便、快速,回收率为94.3%-104.8%,相对标准偏差为2.72%-3.46%.
There are sensitive chromogenic reaction of Mo(VI) with rutin in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. The optimum experimented conditions were tested. The total flavone of oral liguid was determined with satisfactory results by micelle complexes spectrophotometry.
