Clinical Application of System of Arthroscopic Image Collection and Data Management

目的:验证本手术组开发的关节镜图像采集与资料管理系统的实用性和应用价值。方法:2008年1～7月,在73例关节镜手术的术中使用该系统进行图像记录,术后进行图像的查询,编辑,和病人病例资料的录入和管理。结果:该系统携带方便,资料保存量大,查阅快速。结论:本系统具有良好的实用性和临床应用价值。能够帮助关节镜医生提高临床手术、教学和科研水平。

Objective： To evaluate the practicality and applicability of the system of arthroscopic image collection and data management. Methods： From Jan 2008 to Jul 2008 the system was applicated in the arthroscopic procedures of 73 patients. The system was used to record the dynamic images of internal keen joint in the operation, then after the operation, it was used to review and edit the images and collect and manage the case information of patient. Results： The system was convenient to be taken, capable of storing a great quantity of information and easy to use. Conclusion： The system of arthroscopic image collection and data management posses favorable practicality and applicability. It could be helpful for arthroscopic surgeons to improve their capacity of surgery, teaching and scientific research.
