摘要
以脱硫石膏为原料,采用水热法工艺制备硫酸钙晶须,并借助XRD、高分辨显微镜等分析方法,深入探讨了不同固液比和原料粒度对硫酸钙晶须生长行为的影响结果表明:随着固液比的不断减小,硫酸钙晶须的长径比呈先升高后降低的趋势;当固液比为1:10时,长径比达到最大,其值为6865;随着原料粒度的减小,硫酸钙晶须的直径不断减小,硫酸钙晶须的长径比不断增加,当原料粒度为1.60μm时,长径比达到68.65。
Taking the desulphurization gypsum as raw material, hydrothermal method was applied for the preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers. The effects of solid-liquid ratio and desulphurization gypsum size on the calcium sulfate whisker growth process were studied by means of analytical methods such as XRD and high resolution microscope. The results show that calcium sulfate whiskers can be prepared by using desulphurization gypsum; With the decrease of solid-liquid ratio, the aspect ratio of calcium sulfate whisker trends towards reducing after first rising, and it had the maximum value of 68.65 when the solid-liquid ratio was 1:10; With the decrease of desulphurization gypsum, the diameter of calcium sulfate whisker decreased while the aspect ratio of calcium sulfate whisker increased, the aspect ratio of calcium sulfate whisker had the value of 68.65 when the desulphurization gypsum size was 1.60 μm .
