摘要
本文根据 Anisworth建立参考应力失效评定曲线的思路,导出了包含结构影响因子 W的J积分失效评定曲线,该曲线用两个分离的函数分别考虑裂纹构型和材料性能对失效评定曲线的影响,可用于结构高应变区裂纹的安全评定,也可用于高应变区裂纹的J积分估算。本文还分别利用中心椭圆孔边裂纹和单边半椭圆孔边裂纹模型的全塑性J积分解,分析了影响W的因素,从偏安全的角度推荐给出了这两种结构高应变区裂纹W因子的计算式。
Based on reference stress method,a Failure Assessment Curve (FAC) which being dependent on the geometry of the configuration being assessed has been derived. Two separate functions have been involved in the derived FAC,which respectively indicate the influence of material properties and crack configuration to the FAC,the derived FAC can be used to assess a structure involving a crack locating in high strain zone,as well as to estimate J-integral for crack at high strain zone. Besides,using the full-plastic J-integral solutions of crack emanating from a central elliptical hole and single edge semi-elliptical hole,a conservative expression of the configuration factor has been presented.
