摘要
本文利用轴对称边界元程序,对影响纤维压出实验界面剪应力分布的材料和几何参数:纤维与基体的弹性模量比,纤维体积分数,试件厚度和支撑孔尺寸进行了数值分析工作,找出了纤维压出实验中导致界面双向脱粘的主要影响参数,给出了关于弹性模量比和纤维体积分数的两界面端初始剪切脱粘的发生区域。
In this paper, the effects of matertial properties and specimen geometric factors on the interface stress distribution in the fibre push-out test are evaluated based on an axisymmetric boundary element analysis. It is shown that the Young s modulus ratio of fibre to matrix, the fibre volume fraction , the specimen thickness and the support hole size all influence the overall interface stress profiles and the maximum stress values at free edges. It is confirmed that the two way dehond phenomenon is mainly governed by the Young' s modulus ratio and fibre volume fraction. The dependency of the Young's modulus ratio and fibre volume fraction on interface initial debond behaviour is shown here which is based on the maximum interface shear stress near two fibre ends.
