摘要
研究了不同界面状态对GMT(GlassMatReinforcedThermoplastic)-PP复合材料弯曲强度及模量、短梁剪切强度等力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,基体中填加光引发和引发剂引发的马来酸酐接枝PP(MAH-gPP)且玻纤表面硅烷偶联剂处理可显著提高复合材料界面强度,进而提高其宏观力学性能。
The effects of different interfacial states on mechanical properties of GMT - PP composites such as flexural strength and modulus, ILSS were investigated. The results showed that the interfacial strength of GMT - PP compositeswas increased by adding MAH - gPP produced by initiation methods of UV - irradiation and BPO, to matrix and treatingsurface of glass fiber with coupling agent.
