摘要
通过对一台在使用现场发生振动过大的防爆电机的分析处理实例,综合运用振动频谱分析、现场高速动平衡和将刚性支撑改为弹性支撑等方法,最终使电机振动达到理想状态。为现场解决电机振动过大的问题提供了一些参考方法。
By analyzing and handling a case of over- vibration for an explosion- proof motor on site, a satisfied solution is reached by integral analyses with a vibration spectrum instrument, high- speed balancing, and adopting a flexible support, instead of the rigid support used. What' s more, it is valuable reference of the whole process for treating the issues caused by over- vibration for motors on site.
