本文介绍了ZK－3型便携式工序质量管理仪的工作原理、仪器硬件和软件设计，详细说明了仪器从数显量具中获取数据的过程。同时也介绍了该仪器与上位机或SPC网络系统的联网通信，最后给出了该仪器的应用实例。

The working principles and its hardware and sofware design of ZK-3 portable process quality manager, together with the process of data acquisition from measuring tools and its inter-network communications with monitoring computer or SPC network system are introduced in this papper.An application case of this intrument is also given in the paper.
