摘要
在经典的隔振传递率分析的基础上,充分注意到隔振与共振的临界频率点处系统的运动特征,利用库仑阻尼与激振频率无关的特性,导出了系统在规定的振级下不出现谐振的振动传递率计算公式,为电子设备所期望的“无谐振”振动隔离提供了理论依据.为使“无谐振”隔振原理有效地应用于工程实践,本文分析和研究了系统固有频率以及不同激励方式对隔振效果的影响,提出了解决措施以及工程中的应用方法.
Based the original transmissibility of vibration and the system motion characteristics on the frequency corresponding to curves point of intersection between magnification and attenuation. By using the characteristics that the coulomb damping is independent of the driving frequency, this paper presents the mathematical models of the transmissibility at which the system response does not exceed the sources with amplitudes under the limited vibration level. For this reason, this give evidence for the “resonance free” transmitting desired to electronic equipment isolation of vibration. In order to effectively apply the “resonance free” isolation principle to project and practice,the paper analyses and researches the influence of system natural frequency on isolating effects and the measures to solve the problem.
