摘要
种子种质超干节能型保存技术的研究是20世纪80年代末在种子学与保护生物学领域兴起的研究热点。具体树种种子含水量的最佳范围,需要实验证明,许多作物种子都可进行超干贮藏,但不同类型种子耐干程度差异较大,而且种子寿命与水分含量的对数关系,存在水分临界值,种子寿命并非始终随含水量的降低而呈对数增长。对东北珍贵树种红松进行超干实验,证明红松种适合超干,含水量3%以上,种子生活力差异不显著;含水量3%以下,生活力降低,电导率值增大;含水量4%抗衰老,是超干贮藏最佳含水量。
Ultral-dry storage method is a effective germplasm conservation methods. In order to explore the effective storage forpinus korainsis seed, used tree precious pinus korainsis seeds in northeast as materials to carry out ultral-dry experiment. Results showed that pinus korainsis seeds were suitable for ultral-dry storage. When water content above 3 %, seeds viability had no significant difference after ultral-dry storage. Water content below 3% ,seeds vigor decreased and conductivity value increased. When water content 4% ,each vigor index and germination index performed the best, it was the optimum content for Pinus. Korainsis seeds ultral-drv storage.
