摘要
分析了现行公立医疗机构的融资现状,系统地论述了社会资本进入公立医疗机构的必要性、可行性,并在借鉴国际经验的基础上,提出了公立医疗机构融资的有效途径以及应注意的问题。
It analyses the current status of state-owned medical institutes＇ financing, discusses the necessity and feasibility of social capital getting into state-owned institutes,then based on the international experiences, suggests the social financing methods for state-owned institutes and some questions that should be noted.
