分析了当前区域医疗信息共享存在的问题,建立了基于协同学原理的区域协同医疗信息系统的模型,针对同构子系统提出了协作模式、同步模式、协调模式、互补模式等协同机制。同时给出了基于SOA思想以XML为基础进行信息的采集及传输,以Web Services服务形式接入区域协同医疗信息系统,实现区域医疗数据共享与交换平台的技术思路,为构建区域协同医疗信息系统及协同模式提供了理论参考。

The challenges of regional healthcare system were analyzed in this paper. A model of regional cooperative healthcare system based on synergetic was built. The cooperative pattern, synchronization pattern, harmonize pattern and interdependent pattern for isomorphic subsystem was proposed. A technological solution to build regional cooperative healthcare system and share information is to combine XML and Web Services technologies based on SOA; These proposed regional cooperative healthcare system model and synergetic mechanism are useful to improve the development of modern medical information.
