摘要
为了加强医院学科建设,提高科研水平,于2003年10月实施科研分级管理制度,将医院35个临床和医技科室根据分级标准分为A、B、C三级,配套一系列政策、制度和办法,采取个体化、有目标、分层次的动态管理方式进行实施与管理。5年的实践证明,科研分级管理制度符合医院院情,促进了医院学科建设的可持续发展。
To improve disciplines development and promote clinical research in hospital, the hospital has started a new grading system from 2003 in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University. Three degrees named A, B and C were graded according to the levels of all 35 clinical and technical departments in the hospital. Different aim, poli cies and standards were used and executed for 5 years. It showed that the grading system was useful for the management of basic and clinical researches in the general hospital.
