国内副肿瘤性天疱疮患者的易感基因——HLA-Ⅰ类基因Cw*14

摘要 副肿瘤性天疱疮（PNP）是一种罕见的自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病，其特点是具有严重的黏膜糜烂和多形性皮损，体内常并发淋巴细胞增生性肿瘤。如：Castleman瘤、非霍奇金淋巴瘤、胸腺瘤、滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤以及慢性淋巴细胞白血病等。在我国，
