摘要
[目的]研究不同外源微生物对家蚕moricin抗菌肽的诱导表达。[方法]应用3种外源微生物BmNPV、JM109以及农杆菌LBA4404对家蚕进行诱导,RT-PCR检测moricin基因被诱导后在家蚕脂肪体的表达。[结果]结果表明,moricinB1和moricinB3基因有高的诱导表达水平,moricinA1和moricinB2基因表达差异不明显。[结论]Moricin B1和Moricin B3蛋白可能对大肠杆菌具有抗菌活性。
[ Objectives ] The research aimed to study the inductive expression of Bornbyx mori antimicrohial peptides moricin by various microorganisms. [ Methods] The Bombyx mori was induced by 3 kinds of microorganism of BmNPV, JMI09 and Agrobacterium LBA4404. The expression profile of moricin in Bombyx mori fat body was detected by RT-PCR. [ Results] The results indicated that the expression of moricin B1 and rnoricin B3 gene was increased after induction. No distinctly difference in moricin Al and moricin B2 genes. [ Conclusion] Moricin Bland Moricin B3 may have antimicrobial active against E. coli.
