摘要 阐述关联分析的概念、特点、方法、统计学原理以及第3代分子标记进行关联分析的基础-单核苷酸多态性和连锁不平衡。 The concept, characteristic, methods, statistical theories of association analysis were elucidated in detail. And the basis of association analysis--single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (third-generation molecular markers) and linkage disequilibrium (LD) were also discussed.
