摘要
对佳木斯郊区农田土壤线虫群落时空分布特征进行研究,结果表明:试验期间共鉴定线虫39属,包括植物寄生性线虫(PP)8个属、食细菌线虫(BF)17个属,食真菌线虫(FF)6个属和捕食杂食线虫(OP)8个属。食细菌线虫为优势营养类群,Mersorhabitis、Hetero-dera和Rhabditis为优势属。土壤线虫总数和食细菌线随土壤深度变化明显。土壤线虫总数、植物寄生性线虫数量、Mersorhabitis、Hetero-dera及均匀度指数随取样时间变化明显。玉米田和大豆田土壤线虫群落存在明显的时空分布。
The temporal and vertical distribution of soil nematode communities in maize field and soybean field was conducted in suburb of Jiamusi. Results showed that 39 genera were identified, including 8 of plant parasites, 17 genera of bacterivores, 6 of fungivores, and 8 of omnivores predators. The bacterivorous nematode were the dominant trophic group, and Mersorhabitis, Heterodera and Rhabditis were the dominant fauna . The total number of nematode and number of bacterivorous nematode significantly changed in depth. The total number of nematode, number of plant parasites, Mersorhabitis, Heterodera and Eveness significantly changed in sampling time. The temporal and vertical distribution of soil nematode communities was founded clearly in maize field and soybean field.
