摘要
[目的]探讨适当浓度葡萄糖对斑马鱼胚胎发育产生的影响。[方法]将斑马鱼早期胚胎分别培养于不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液中,观察环境对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响。[结果]适当浓度的葡萄糖能明显加快斑马鱼胚胎的发育速度、缩短孵化时间,特别是1.5%葡萄糖能使孵化时间明显缩短,且孵化后的仔鱼发育状态良好。[结论]适当浓度的葡萄糖溶液能够明显促进斑马鱼胚胎的发育。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effect of a suitable concentration of glucose solution on embryo development of zebrafish. [ Method ] Zebrafish embryos were developed in different concentration of glucose solutions. The effect on embryo development was studied. [ Result] Larvae hatched from these treated embryos in certain concentrations showed normal morphology and swimming behavior. Especially in 1.5% glucose, the hatching time of fish embryos significantly decreased. [ Conclusion] Suitable concentrations of glucose solutions significantly accelerated zebrafish embryo development.
