北京市昌平区农村居民点用地演变机理研究

Analysis of Dynamic Evolution Mechanism of Rural Settlements Land Expansion in the Progress of Urbanization

我国农村居民点扩张形势十分严峻，研究其演变机制并进而对农村居民点用地进行调控显得至关重要，但是目前相关研究较少。在全面总结国内外关于农村居民点扩展研究的基础上，采用统计分析和空间分析的方法对北京市昌平区2001～2006年期间的农村居民点用地扩展演变进行了定量分析。研究结果表明：研究期内，研究区农村居民点用地的动态演变过程揭示出农村居民点用地利用的程度甚为粗放，并且农村居民点用地区域分异特征明显。研究认为：应该对农村居民点进行适度挖潜使其集约利用，但在集约化利用过程中应分别采取不同的集约化措施，同时要统筹兼顾区域整体和各城镇农村居民点用地之间的协调。

Rural settlements land expansion problem is more serious than ever before, so much attention is needed greatly. At present, less research related to this has been carried out. Based on comprehensive analysis of international dynamic expansion evolution of rural settlements land, dynamic expansion evolution of rural settlements land quantitatively from 2001 to 2006 of Changping District in Beijing was analyzed by using methods of statistical analysis and sptial analysis. The results showed that from 2001 to 2006, the degree for land intensivism of rural setdements land dynamic expansion was very low; and that the spatial expansion distribution of each town in Changping District had marked region difference. Based on the above analysis, it was summarized that the actual proportion of rural settlements land of Changping District in Beijing was out of standard, and appropriate potential was needed to develop for utilizing rural residential land intensively. It was suggested that different measure and equilibrium between the whole region land use and all towns must be considered.
