基于DEA方法的内蒙古区域可持续发展能力的评价研究

Evaluation on the Sustainable Development Capability of Inner Mongolia Based on DEA Method

从投入产出角度出发结合可持续发展的指标，建立DEA模型，评价内蒙古自治区1996—2005年的可持续发展状况，得出结论：内蒙古自治区具有可持续发展的基础和能力，搞好循环经济，协调好与环境的关系是发展与可持续并行的关键。

Starting from the angel of input and output and combining with the index of sustainable development, DEA （ data envelopment analysis） model was established to evaluate the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 1996 to 2005. A conclusion was drawn that the key of the sustainable development in Inner Mongolia was to advance the circular economy and harmonize its relationship with the environment.
