摘要
介绍了技术环境与技术创新的内涵,分析了乡镇企业技术创新的障碍,提出了促进乡镇企业技术创新的相关对策。
The connotation of technological environment and innovation were introduced, and the barriers of technological innovation in town- ship enterprises were analyzed. Some related countermeasures were put forward on how to promote the technological innovation of township enterprises.
