也谈宋代的“田制不立”与“不抑兼并”——与《宋代“田制不立”、“不抑兼并”说驳议》一文商榷

On The Song’s "Lack of Land System" and "No-inhibiting Mergers":Discussion with the Article A Refutation of Song’s " Lack of Land System" and "No-inhibiting Mergers"

《宋史》"田制不立"之语来源于宋人之成说,且"田制不立"之"田制"在宋人史籍中有特殊涵义,并非广泛意义上的"田制"。宋人亦笼统说过我朝"不抑兼并",并认识到其重要意义。宋代政坛既有抑制兼并的传统思想,又有不抑兼并的"保富论"。宋朝政府的抑制土地兼并政策并不占主导地位,"不抑兼并"才是宋朝的基本国策。

The Sentence of ＂lack of land system＂ in History of the Song came from Song people＇ s view, and the ＂land system＂ in ＂Lack of land system＂ contained a special meaning rather than the broad sense of ＂land system＂. Song＇s people also generally said that there is ＂no-inhibiting mergers＂ in their Dynasty, and recognized its significance. Both the traditional thinking of ＂inhibiting mergers＂ and the new ＂arguments of protecting the rich＂ existed in the political arena. The dominant land system in the Song Dynasty was ＂no-inhibiting mergers＂ rather than ＂inhibiting mergers＂.
