垂盆草越冬及扦插繁殖技术

Cutting Reproduction Techniques for Sedum sarmentosum and Its Overwintering Characteristics

地被植物是城市绿化中的重要组成部分,根据哈尔滨市地被植物的应用现状,以从沈阳引种的多年生常绿地被植物垂盆草为研究对象,对其越冬试验观察,得出垂盆草根部可以在哈尔滨市自然越冬,但地上部分死掉,达不到常绿效果;采用常规的越冬防寒处理,以盖草帘子的防寒处理地上越冬表现最好。并对垂盆草的不同扦插部位、不同基质、不同生根粉浸泡时间的设置进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:插穗部位、扦插基质对垂盆草扦插繁殖效果影响显著,而生根粉浸泡插穗时间的不同对垂盆草的扦插繁殖影响不十分显著。扦插繁殖较适宜的部位为茎尖材料,扦插基质为蛭石+中沙(1∶1比例)。

The overwintering characteristics of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge, a kind of perennial plant introduced from Shenyang, were observed in Harbin. Result showed that the roots of S. sarmentosum plants could overwinter in the natural environment, but the aboveground part died. S. sarmentosu grew best covered with grass curtain and grew better covered with 1 2 cm soil in winter. Results of asexual reproduction showed that cutting position and cutting medium had obvious effects on the growth of S. sarmentosum, while ABT soaking time had little effect on its growth. The most suitable cutting material was the stem tip, and the cutting matrix was vermiculite mixed with sand at a ratio of 1： 1.
