摘要
以连续流搅拌槽式反应器(CSTR)作为厌氧发酵生物制氢反应装置,并采用纯菌种R3为产氢菌株,对发酵法生物制氢反应系统的启动和运行进行了实验研究。结果表明,以糖蜜废水为发酵底物,在温度为(35±1)℃、水力停留时间为8 h的条件下,反应器具有持续产氢能力,并在16 d运行后达到稳定。此时COD平均去除率28%左右,氧化还原电位在-445 mV~-420 mV,产气量约6.6 L/d,氢气体积分数59.4%,产氢效果显著。这表明R3是一株高效产氢菌株,可以应用于连续流制氢工艺。
The starting and operation of system of fermentative biohydrogen were studied with Continuous-flow Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) as reaction equipment of anaerobic and fermentative biohydrogen and pure microbial species R3 as strains of hydrogen production. Results showed that hydrogen production capacity could be kept for the CSTR under the conditions of fermentative substrate of brown sugar, temperature ( 35 ± 1 ) degrees C and hydraulic retention time of 8 hours. The hydrogen production capability reached a stable stage after 16 days, and 6.6 L/d of biogas production and 59.4 percent of hydrogen content were both based on the average removal rate of COD (28 percent) and ORP between -445 mV and -420 mV, which shows a remarkable effect of hydrogen production. It is proved that the strain R3, with a high efficient hydrogen production capability, can be applied to biohydrogen process of continuous flow.
