左旋肉碱对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者臂肌围的影响

Effect of L-carnitine therapy on mid-arm muscle circumference of main tenance hemodialysis patients

目的评价应用左旋卡尼汀治疗的维持性血液透析(血透)患者的营养状况。方法采用随机、对照的研究方法,选择维持性血透患者66例,分为治疗组33例和对照组33例,每次透析结束后,治疗组静脉滴注左旋卡尼汀1g,对照组静脉滴注生理盐水2ml,连续3个月。结果治疗组干体质量、血红蛋白和上臂肌围值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左旋卡尼汀治疗的维持性血透患者营养状况明显优于未治疗者。

Objective To assess the nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients treated with L - carnitine. Methods sixty - six maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups ： treatment group （ n = 33 ） and control group （ n = 33 ）. In the treatment group, 1 g L -carnitine was given to the patients at the end of each dialysis treatment,the patients in the control group were given normal saline, and the treatment period was 3 months. Results Dry bodyweight, hemoglobin and mid - arm muscle circumference of the treatment group were elevated significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients treated with L - carnitine are better than those of patients without L - camitine.
